Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Great sea view. Shame no breakfast option, but wasn't a major issue for us. Hot tub wasn't in use. Didn't use the Outdoor pool but did use the indoor pool which was nice, although the jacuzzi didn't seem to work very well. If we could get the same room then we'd happily stay again.

Absolutely zero parking, the pool was broke, the restaurant was off-limits due to a wedding, and the music blared all night til midnight! There was going to be another wedding the next night, so this is a very common occurrence! Chairs in the room were so filthy and greasy that they were slick. Glass smeared with lots of prints, door knobs and glass in main hotel were filthy.

This is a very large and quite old hotel. The room we stayed in was large and pleasant but the hotel's plumbing was loud enough to disturb our sleep, as were the footsteps of the people in the room above. The WiFi in the room was inadequate and kept cutting out. I had to use the public areas to work. We booked the hotel because it had an outdoor pool, only to find that it was out-of-service during our stay. Whilst this might have been unavoidable, the staff weren't particularly concerned about our disappointment. The staff seemed tired and undertrained. Note that the hotel is located at the far end of the bay and Torquay's bars and restaurants are quite a walk away. There is limited parking available.
